  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Subscription addons not working?

Alex--

New Pleskian
Last week I noticed one of our clients with a subscription and an add-on that allows 1 sitebuilder site was unable to access the sitebuilder. Didn't investigate that too much at that time and simply modified the subscription itself.

Now I am having a client's site that has a 1GB webhosting package with a 10GB addon, showing up as being over his limit of 1GB, see picture.

Maybe the add on is correct, but statistics have not been re-calculated. You can try to run this on the Linux console:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=<your_domain_name_here>

Nope, those recalculate every night and that add-on has been attached for a couple of months already, also manually re-calculating them for this subscription does not change it.
