Subscription expiration warnings. Subscription and services will be deactivated.

New Pleskian
Parallel Plesk 10.4.4 Update #46

I'm getting these emails every day :
The term of subscription 'example.com', owned by user examplecompany (username 'example') is about to expire.
The subscription and all related services will be deactivated by Nov 8, 2012 unless the subscription term is prolonged.

I'm not sure how to stop it.

A forum member was having a similar problem about a year ago and this was the reply :
Check status of this subscription with
mysql> select locked,synchronized from Subscriptions where id=xxx;
where id is id of subscription.

I'm not sure whether that was helpful to the person asking the question.
But I can't find select locked, synchronized from subscriptions
When I go to Server > Tools & Settings > Database Servers, I see my Local MySQL server, but I'm not seeing what I'm supposed to see. Nor do I know what to do to solve this problem.

I'm not yet using a database.

Pierre-YvesQ,

Go to yourwebsite.com:8443 and log in.
On the left side you will see a link named Subscriptions. Click on it.
You will now see your subscriptions.

Is that what you're looking for ?

Thanks

Thanks for your prompt reply.
Thats what i'm looking for.

But i don't see a subscriptions link as mention in the user manual.

Do you have the url of the page reached or a screen copy ?

I found a way to display informations about a subscription but i can't modify the subscription term.

Pierre-YvesQ,

Not sure what link you're referring to when you talk about the manual.
Provide a link, page and perhaps a screenshot.

I took a wild guess and took a screenshot of what I'm seeing when I log in. See screenshot on imgur.
You should see the same thing.
Can't give you the url, the url doesn't change, no matter on what menu link you click, it stays your website IP address.
