Subscription has Parallels SSL, but no SSL set-up in Plesk

Hi,

One of our customer has had a new subscription added, and no SSL's we're installed, yet the site defaults to https (which I'm sure it .htaccess related - and irrelevant here) and the certificate is the Plesk certificate, which obviously isn't in date and shows the ugly red errors in the browser.

Can anyone suggest why this is happening?
