Hi all,
I hope someone will be able to help as I've been tearing my hair out testing different combinations of permissions.
In my Plesk account I'm logged in as admin and I'm trying to configure the best combo of permissions for my service plans.
I have a service plan and 4 subscriptions that are assigned to this plan. I have the following settings for permissions in the plan:
- Hosting settings management disabled
- Common PHP settings management disabled
- PHP version and handler management disabled
- Hosting performance settings management disabled
My upload_filesize_max limit inside the plan is 12M. If i go into individual subscription settings and change this to 10M, 8M, 6M or any value different than default 2, the subscription becomes locked.
That's expected and exactly what I want - I want there to be a plan wide limit and if I make changes to this inside an individual susbcription, I want that subscription to become locked so I know something has been customised.
Here is a problem: If I change this to 2M (Default), the subscription stays synced, even though the limit is different to what the plan sets.
Why is this happening and how I can ensure that changing the value of upload_filesize_max inside a subscription to any value that is different to the plan's will cause that subscription to become locked?
