  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Subscription Server Error occasionally

EnriqueR

Regular Pleskian
A few days ago one of my subscriptions return the following error while loading the page: 504 Gateway Time-out OR Internal Server Error. This only happens occasionally. I opened the proxy_error_log file with the following messages appear:
2015/07/29 16:35:53 [error] 16125#0: *10463545 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading response header from upstream, client: x.x.x.x, server: domain.com, request: "GET / HTTP/1.1"...
2015/07/29 16:36:31 [error] 16125#0: *10463545 upstream prematurely closed connection while reading response header from upstream, client: x.x.x.x, server: domain.com, request: "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1", ...

Only happens with that subscription. The rest work perfectly. You know how to fix it?

Try to reconfigure webserver setting for this domain at least with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain domain.com

Unfortunately it has failed again, so this change has not solved it. Can you think of any way to tell what is going wrong?

I can only recommend to create a request to support team to do in-depth investigation to find the reason and to fix it. Please create a ticket to support at https://www.odin.com/support/request/ .
You may have free support, please check what kind of Plesk license you use for available support options at http://kb.odin.com/en/121580 .
If there’s no free support in your case, you can order Plesk per-incident support at http://www.odin.com/support/buy-support/ Support team will contact you as soon as purchase is processed, and they will do the best to resolve it.
If it is found that your problem was caused by product bug w/o available solution or workaround from Odin, then your purchase will be re-funded.
