subscription term is about to expire.

I get a mail that my subscription term is about to expire. In Plesk panel
I can see this is for 27.02, but I don't see how to extend/renew it.
Any help is welcome --- Thanks

Thanks for prompt reply. Problem is, I find nowhere a subscriptions tag, I think I've been in all menu's .....

I've seen someone with same problem on this forum: no 'subscriptions' tag. He said he found a way to switch, but I don't see how

You should login to Plesk as administrator. After that you will be able to see and manage subscriptions, service plans, resellers, etc.

Thank you, the login page at https://zipstore.biz:8443 doesn't give an option. I've got one user name, one password. Would administrator need another password ?

you can go to subscriptions >> customize >> and change the date at bottom.
And for the login issue are you getting any error?Can you please provide few more details. We can get it resolve for you.
