Sugestion: vHosts WITHOUT binding to port

I wanted to set apache as my backend server but the vhosts are port intensive, so the suggestion is to make it possible to set or set it straight away:

<VirtualHost 94.23.96.81:80>
ServerName domain.com:80

to look something like this:

<VirtualHost 94.23.96.81>
ServerName domain.com
