Each day when stadistics run delete all logs.
Current option (Copy to other path): How to increase storage period for services logs on Windows?
I suggest add windows registry like
HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\Plesk\\PSA Config\\Config\\NotRotatePath
And add the path of mailenable or ther path separate with comas. When stadistics run and check that registry, not delete.
