• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

support for ASP>NET 2.0 (showing tab for 1.1 only), etc.

Services
-------------------
Microsoft ASP support Yes
Microsoft ASP.NET support Yes Version 2.0.50727.0

Under Application & Services\Web Application
(Home > Web applications >
Installed Web Applications)
I see
Under Tab "Web Applications"
Tools -------------
No installed Web Applications

Under Tab "Asp.NET 1.1 Applications"

Tools -------------
Install New Application (presing link) > Select the web application to be installed (No Server Applications)
No installed Server applications

My questions:
1)
Can I deploy ASP NET 2.0 webapplications?
Why is there the tab only for "Asp.NET 1.1 Applications" if support is for 2.0?
and no tab "Asp.NET 2.0 Applications"?

2)
Can I use copy deployment from Visual Studio .NET?
3)
Can I restart the webserver?
And what to do in case of such necesity?
4)
How can I do precompiled deployment of webservices?
