Issue support.plesk.com sign in not working

I'm currently unable to use the sign in option at https://https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us.

When I click on the "submit a request" at the top of this page. I get the following message:

In order to be able to submit request to our Technical Support you need to Sign in (using corporate e-mail address if you are Partner) or Sign up. This is a step to improve the security of data that is being submitted between both parties as we value your privacy.

If I then click on the Sign In link, I get the following message:
