Suspending accounts doesn't work.

I have setup my dedi server with Plesk, and I have added my own domain to the plesk system, now when I try to suspend the account, it still displays the uploaded html documents in the browser, everything else like the FTP and panel logins get suspended, but plesk doesn't display the default page, it just continues to serve the pages?

Any ideas why this happens?

Did you define the respective domain name as the default for it's respective IP address? If so, that is the reason!!

I did do this previously, but I then deleted the account and re-added it as shared, is there anything else I could check?

Navigate to Server Settings -> IP Settings and remove your domain name from the default / or set another and see if that will help!

It isn't set to default anymore, should I just create a new account?

Try setting the default domain to another or better still just rebuilding the vhosts.

Ok, so now I have completely removed both of the accounts and when I browse to http://37.187.160.158/ it get nothing, where as I should get the plesk default page?

I have done this, no change, I would like the server to display the plesk default page when browsing to http://37.187.160.158/ instead of displaying a 404

All that I have stated above should work (under normal circumstances & theoretically!) that is why!
Perhaps someone else on the community has a better resolution.

Yes you can now because I sorted that issue, now, I have uploaded files to the httpdocs folder for elliottcoe.com and now I only get the default page haha!

Well no I haven't resolved it, I always get the default page now, even when the account isn't suspended and there are files in the httpdocs.

Ok, so again it's not working correctly, disabling the account does not disable the website. I'm with OVH and I use their DNS to point elliottcoe.com to my dedicated server, is that correct? however, I have resolved the issue of it displaying the site when I browse to the IP address, now when I browse there it just displayed the default plesk page which is what it should do.
