Switching servers

Hello,

I want to switch servers, from a Fedora Core 2 server with Plesk 7.5.4 to a new machine with the latest version. The specs of the new machine are completely diferend from the current machine.
How can I transfer all accounts to there the best way?

I thought that worked only when switching from ie Cpanel or an old version of Plesk?

worked fine for me from Plesk 7.1.6/RHEL3 to Plesk 7.5.4/CentOS4.
