Issue Syncing issues with the Plesk Premium Mail Extension

Server operating system version
Debian 10.13
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.70
I recently purchased the Plesk Premium Mail Extension and configured my mailboxes in Plesk using the Exchange option, which connected successfully. I can send and receive emails without any issues, but calendar events aren’t syncing from the server to my Android device (Outlook app)—only those I send. I can create events and see them in webmail, but any appointment created in webmail or on another device never appears on my phone. Official Plesk support won’t assist unless you’ve purchased directly from their website or pay an additional fee, and it’s frustrating that a “premium” extension feels neither premium nor fully functional, especially with no available documentation to resolve this.

I have tried to restart the server, reinstalled the extension (Even though I just installed it), and searched through all console.logs and errors.logs, but all of them look great.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, @info@codefromnowhere. As far as I can see the ticket submitted has already been addressed by our tech leads. In short, the issue is related to newer Outlook versions, because they no longer sync correctly with ActiveSync. The issue was reported to Microsoft, but they haven't acknowledged it yet. Unfortunately, there is no way to address the matter from our end. Hence, the only alternative we can suggest is using another email client.
