Need system requirements for host 200 sites on Joomla/Wordpress
each plan 500MB

Do I have sufficient 4 CPU and 8GB RAM?

Тhis is nonsense, they are likely to have in mind the static sites, but no sites with database,
How to calculate the resources on Plesk, тhis is not written

I think that power of your hardware would be enough in case not more than 1000 visits per site per 24 hours. If more - increase RAM to 32GB.

There is no formula. How can this be formalized? There are a huge number of influencing parameters. How is it possible to consider them all and give the exact hardware configuration for all occasions? So what can only be recommendations based on personal experience.
