• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

System trouble after failed upgrade

I got Plesk 7.1.2 (30 domans plan) from my providers.

I upgraded that to plesk 7.1.6 successfully,.

after sometime, i upgradded to 7.5.2 and got the notification that it started.

during that installation process, i logged into my local webserver and the new server (on which the installation was in prgress, using SSH).

by mistake i send the reboot command to the server on which the installation was going on instead of my local web server (that is my test server)

Now all things works fine, but when i click on Upgrade, it hangs.

Is there anyway to fix it? or roll it back to 7.1.6?

well, i tried that stuff, but thing is still the same, and no idea how i can resolve it.
