Template Problem on Edit Page

For some reason my pre-installed installation of sitebuilder w/plesk doesn't work properly. You can select the template and all aspects of it, but when you hit the edit page, no elements of the templates show up except for the logo. No background, no images (broken links). Just the text and page links that I created. Anyone have any ideas?
