  • Please beaware of a breaking change in the REST API on the next Plesk release (18.0.62).
    Starting from Plesk Obsidian 18.0.62, requests to REST API containing the Content-Type header with a media-type directive other than “application/json” will result in the HTTP “415 Unsupported Media Type” client error response code. Read more here

Do you have "Restricted Mode" enabled in Tools & Settings?
When you are in Tools & Settings go to "Plesk" > "Restricted Mode Settings", then scroll down to the bottom end of the page and uncheck "Restricted Mode" and save the page to remove the restricted view.
 
And you can also check in the installation of Plesk whether that component has been selected. See

Then the extension is not installed. Simply follow the instructions from the above article to install the extension.
