Temporary communication failure with Odin's licensing servers

Marco_R

New Pleskian
Hello @Forum,

We actually run Plesk 12.0.18 (Update #70) and we've just received
some Parallels Plesk key update deferral notification alerts to our official
admin email as technical contact. See below please :

============================================
Unable to update . An error occurred while processing
your key. You can try updating it later.
============================================

We checked into the Panel but keys seem updated with no issues running
so we suspect a temporary communication failure with Odin's licensing
servers. Can you check please ?. I hold. Thanks for your support,

Kindest Regards ...

Hi Marco_R,

servers. Can you check please ?

Temporary connection issues are nothing to be worried about. As you already noticed, you can always try to manually update your key over Plesk, so please have another closer look at the suggestion from your mail:
You can try updating it later.

Only if you experience such issues on a regular basis ( and if you receive these mails every day ), please consider to contact your hosting provider, from which you purchased your licence, or in case that you purchased your licence directly from Odin, please open a support ticket at https://www.odin.com/support/request/ .

Don't worry, sometime these things happen. Just try manually to update it when you receive email.
