The internal server error

Internal server error Version 1.2.0

This morning I upgraded to 1.2.0 via the app store , Mobile Manger asked for my creds put them in and get the internal server error. Deleted app reinstalled, server is up to date , no dice

/usr/local/psa/tmp/MobileConnector.log last error on july 16
/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/enterprise/control/agent.php looks fine

Anyone else having this issue with version 1.2.0 ?

server specs - 11.0.9 Update #5 DV hosted on media temple

I'm having the exact same problem, upgraded to 1.2.0. It asked to install something on the server and now it no longer connects, showing an internal server error.

I'm also on 11.0.9 Update #5 DV 4.0 hosted on Mediatemple

Everything was working fine prior to the update , last time I had a connection issue was in feb when the API was disabled due to the security issue, what are the best steps to take to trouble shoot this ?

This is the response I received from Media Temple, it looks like we need to wait for an app update:
Thank you for your inquiry to (mt) Media Temple.

After investigating the situation, it was discovered that a few of our customers have inquired about the same issue. It appears that Plesk plans on patching this bug with the next update for the Plesk Mobile Manager Application, however, troubleshooting this app is outside the scope of support offered by (mt) Media Temple.

However, if any other information is discovered, we make sure to update you.

SibProgrammer,

Try to open terminal and type:
tail -f /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log
Then try to reconnect the server again and check log for errors. Post output here in case of any errors.
