The license key is invalid after upgrade

calderwood

Regular Pleskian
I just upgraded from 8.6 to 9.3 and now I have no license error:
Error: The license key is invalid. In order to use the Parallels Plesk Panel, please obtain and install a new functioning license key. The amount of currently used resources overrides the limits defined by your license.
=======

How do I get a new license??? I have a dedicated server at GoDaddy, but the have a strict no support policy for dedicated servers, so it is hard to get info from them. Anyone got any ideas???

Time to dump Plesk.

If I correctly understood you have license for 8.6 Plesk. If you have Plesk 9.3.0 now - you should upgrade your license in any case because license from 8.x is not compatible with 9.x version. Therefore you can upgrade it on Parallels store if you can't do it with your GoDaddy hoster.
