Issue The main domain doesn't works but subdomains works

Good afternoon,
Today for no apparent reason our main domain stopped working but the subdomains are still working properly.

We have checked that there are no attacks in cloudflare, restarted the server, the server consumption is minimal, we have also looked at the plesk logs and no new error comes out today.

When we restarted the server it worked normally for less than a minute.

Any idea what could be happening?

Can you explain in more detail what you mean with "stopped working"? Are there any errors displaying when you visit the domain?

as I understand you're using cloudflare.
will your main domain work in case you add it's real IP to the hosts on your laptop/PC (so you will try connect directly, without cloudflare) ?

also I agree with Rasp: could you please explain with details what does it mean 'main domain stopped working but the subdomains are still working properly' ?

are they all in the same subscription ?

did you have web application firewall and fail2ban enabled ? is something suspicious in their logs ?
