Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.56

I can't find any simple answers to this.

OS Rocky 8
Just started today

Went through a bunch of "answers" here and on Linux sites.

Just can't get anything to work.

What else can I try?

How is this related to Plesk and what is logged by yum? Which packages cannot be installed and what is the exact error message on that?

when installing plesk for the first time:
