Why hello there fine people
Somewhat new to Plesk, and by that I mean "My manager is looking for a fairly specific set of features for a hosting panel and Plesk looked about right."
So basically, the hinging point is that the hosting panel needs to be able to do billing out of SugarCRM. Doesn't matter how, but preferably it would be a built-in feature. An API is fine, events calling out to our CRM is fine, but it has to be automatic (meaning we don't need to poll Plesk for info, it just sends it) when a customer does anything relating to changing services or payment.
So, does anyone have either a direct answer or a place to look?
