Tomcat service not running

Hello thank you for reading my post, I am new to the forum. I uploaded a war using the control panel. Tomcat application is marked with an orange circle with an exclamation mark inside that says tomcat is started.
I have checked that this domain has all privilages to run the tomcat service and is resolved to the server. Service is not running. Can somebody tell me where I have gone wrong.

as I understood, tomcat is up and running, but application is placed with some problems.

The server is running ok, but when I try to access tomcat via the URL domain.tld:9080, the page times out, or is not found. I tried to also run the examples but they did not run either. A restart goes fine, but still nothing happens. I hope this is a good explanation
