Tools & Settings links not working

Hello,

Using Plesk 12.5.30 Debian 8.0 1205151127.16 on Debian 8.2 x86_64

All the links in the section "Tools & settings" are not working, i.e:

The link "IP Addresses" links to https://domain/smb/settings/tools-proxy?url=/admin/ip-address/list/&returnAction=tools.

when i click that link, browser is redirected to:

https://domain/smb/redirect/pleskin?dst=&src=/smb/settings/&srcController=Smb_SettingsController (literally)

and this link just displays a blank screen.

But if i replace the 1st link with https://domain/admin/ip-address/list (removing "/smb/settings/tools-proxy?url=" page is loaded. This happens on *all* links in the Tools & Settings section.

No errors are logged. Both links generate a 302 Moved Temporarily. (but last one just loads a blank screen!!)

Hello Pablo_Medina,

Seems that Plesk installation was not finished successfully. Please check that all Plesk components are installed and reinstall all Plesk updates https://kb.odin.com/en/9294.
If it does not help, please enable debug log https://kb.odin.com/en/120101 and provide us with it.

The issue was solved reinstalling all Plesk updates as requested. Thanks for your help.
