Total Newbie Whats my SMTP address?

I have gone through the forums trying to answer this questions but I can't find it. How do I know what my SMTP address is? I am trying to use SEOElite and setting up the email account ask for my SMTP server, SMTP server port, username, password, POP3 server, POP3 server port.
This is driving me crazy not getting it to work. I have Plesk 7.5.4 ifaanyone could help I would appreciate it so much. - Kim
 
Try these settings:

Username: [email protected]
POP3 Server: mail.domain.com
SMTP Server: mail.domain.com

Obivously replacing domain.com with your domain name. :)
