  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Traffic 0

Background: our Plesk recently had a hard disk crash and we had to restore all Plesk data from *.tar backups. Unfortunately perm & owner information was lost so we had to manually chown/chmod everything to get it working somehow.

Now for the real problem: traffic usage for every domain is shown as 0.00 MB/Month. Unfortunately Plesk is closed-source so I don't know where to look. Please help fixing this issue.

Forgot to add: OS Debian 3.1

No ideas why traffic usage is at 0, anyone? Once again: this is probably due to owner/permission problems somewhere that I forgot to fix. Meaning there's some place on the disk that Plesk has no read or write access to or something.

Please help, the problem is as of yet unresolved... To better illustrate the problem I'm providing a screenshot of it:

What can I do about "Traffic 0.00 MB" ?? Just to remind you of the cause of the problem: we had a total crash of the /var partition and had to recover from backups, BUT all owner/chmod settings were goofed, I think this is what's causing all traffic not to be accounted for.
