Traffic information still zero

Hi,

today in the reports the traffic was still on zero-level, although I make web and ftp-transfers.

When I try to calculate the traffic manually, I got the following error:

error accessing /var/www/vhosts/domain/statistics/logs: No such file or directory

Whats the error?

Then the traffic was calculated correctly. Isn't there a cron entry which calculates the traffic every day?
