Transfer all website from old server ( plesk 10.4.4 ) to new server ( plesk 11.0.9 )

Hello .
I need help . I have bought a new server and that is with plesk 11.0.9 and i have old server with plesk 10.4.4 .
i want to make a backup and then transfer all that backup file to new server and restore the backup.
But i don't know how .
please help me and guide me .

but its not really cleared to me .
can you tell me the exact process please ?

i am using 1and1 dedicated servers.. and both the old and new server are from 1and1 ..
so please help me .
