Issue Transfer Plesk key from one server to another server

Recently I have changed my server which has a different IP address.
I'm following this guide  How to transfer Plesk key from one server to another? to transfer my old license key to the new one.
I have changed the license key of the old server with a trial key. And now I want to use my purchased key to my new server. when I submit my purchased key to the new server I get this error.

I think it would be better to contact suggested Licensing and Purchase support

Contact your license provider to change the license ip.
