Trouble using migration wizard

I get the following error after the migration wizard has finished downloading the files.
"Failed to retrieve the data:
Eror during dump retrieval
Lost connection with the remote host"

Anyone has any idea how I can resolve this problem.

What is the syntax to do a psadump and a psarestore?
