True Image image restore not working

Hi there

I have problems, I have a dedicated root server rented, so I have only Plesk and Windows Remote control support (when windows boot)... Obviously I can not see before windows come up...

I have made a backup of the system disk to another disk and now I can not restore it using True Image 9.1 I don't know what happens but only hard reboot helps :-( to come to windows and nothing seem to happen...

Is SIS 965 controller that has my sata disks recognised in True Image?

How do you backup your system?
