Issue Trying to reinstall the Monitoring extension and its a disaster

Ubuntu 22.04
Plesk version and microupdate number
Product version: Plesk Obsidian 18.0.56.4 OS version: Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64 Build date: 2023/11/06 15:00 Revision: 7f3265358b91416f035eddb5dfe564171fd100a4
I was having huge problems to reactivate 360 so I deleted completely the monitoring extension
and Im trying to reinstall it, but its a nightmare,
all sorts of errors

Could not install the Monitoring extension
Index is under processing now
, then issues about database etc etc

impossible, and you click on the FIX option and it hangs, etc
a complete disaster

can somebody explain how to reinstall the monitoring extension in a way that works please
