How do I turn off Mail Accounts for all domains? Everytime i create a new domain I have to got under "Services" -> "Mail" and then "Switch Off".

How do I set it so it is nevery on?

Using a package template you can tell it that when it creates users they have 0 mailboxes, 0 mail lists, etc.

This way they cant create any.

Then you can also go into the interface templates and hide the icon so that customers can not even access the pages.

That should solve your problem.

Thanks for the reply. It actually don't have anyone but myself logging in but I just want to make sure the mail is turned off for every domain I create and wanted to be automatic.

Perhaps there is no way?

The steps I mentioned are a one time manual process and then are automatic from that time forward.

For example on my server I set those options when I first setup the server since I dont offer email through plesk, we have another service that does that.

Then using their API to provision accounts I tell it to use a certain client package template and interface template both of which set the resource limits for the account and hide the icons.

This is all done automatically.
