Question Tuxcare vs Kernelcare

CruzMark

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version
Centos 7.9.2009
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.62_build1800240724.11 os_CentOS 7
I just purchased and installed Plesk ELS and Tuxcare and ran the updates Now Kernelcare, to which I also subscribe, doesn't recognize the kernel. Will this be a permanent situation? If so, I should probably just cancel Kernelcare, though it's been nice to keep the kernel updated without having to reboot. Thanks for your response.

Tuxcare should be compatible with Kernelcare. I recommend opening a ticket with our support team for an investigation on your server if you are experiencing any issues. To sign-in to support and open a ticket go to https://support.plesk.com.
