Issue Typical WordPress Image upload problem on reviews page. Can you help?

Hi,

I have wordpress version 4.5.3. While i am trying to add media to set an image, the uploading option is not showing. Instead, a white interface is coming. Also i am not able to set any post image as featured image on the front-end.

Can someone help me out, so that i could properly set featured image on the top side of the front-end?
