Question typo3 musterprojekt und extasionsmenü

Hallo zusammmen ich habe da mal ei Problem ich hoffe das ihr mir helfen könnt:
1 wie bekomme ich ein musterprojekt ohne ssh varieante installiert ohne das die datenbank abraucht?
2. Wie bekomme ich das Erweiterungsmenü installiert eben falls ohne SSh?

Kann das jemand bei mir machen bzw auch erklären soll nicht für umsonst sein?

2. How do I get the extension menu installed without SSH?
Can someone do this for me or also explain should not be for free?
