PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Creating a new mail address on an Ubuntu 22.04.3 ARM64 server shows a hint that you should install an antivirus solution.

One of the extensions is KasperskyAV, which is not supported on ARM-based servers:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

- Install a Plesk on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS ARM64
- Log in on Plesk
- Add a subscription
- Add a mail address on that subscription
- Go to the Antivirus tab of that mail address

ACTUAL RESULT

There is no antivirus installed on the server. You may be vulnerable to online threats such as viruses, malware, phishing scams, and more.
Select one of the following options to install an antivirus and purchase a license:
  • Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers (recommended)
  • Premium Antivirus for Servers
  • Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers

EXPECTED RESULT

Show a list of extensions that can be installed on an Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS ARM64 Plesk server.

The product issue has been confirmed and will be fixed in a future update. It'll show up as ID PPPM-14246 in the change log once fixed.
