Hi,

I'm try to recover my ubuntu installation. I uninstall Mysql and php. Now i'm trying to remove plesk (I removed most of components) but there are still two that i'm not able to remove :

plesk- core and plesk-config-troubleshooter.

when I try to remove them .... i recieve the following errors :

sudo dpkg --force-all -P plesk-core

dpkg: plesk-core: dependency problems, but removing anyway as you requested:
plesk-config-troubleshooter depends on plesk-core (>= 12.0.18).

seem unistall look for Mysql server, but I alredy uninstall it.

Hi xauriello,

first, pls. be informed, that it is much easier to setup a new server - most server hoster provide this option over their control panel.

Second, Plesk provides a removal script at KB - article 112988:



Third, in order to avoid issues/problems/failures, it is recommended to FIRST uninstall all Plesk packages, if you do a manual Plesk - removal. After that, you would continue to remove ( depending ) services and their configuration - files, which are not shipped with Plesk.

consider to INSTALL again what is suggested

and retry the uninstall process.

Apart from that, you have "551 not upgraded" - packages on your server, which needs your attention - they sure don't all depend on Plesk-related packages! ( use the command "apt-get -u upgrade" to list the packages )

uninstall procedure look for mysql server that is not installed on server.

How I can fix it ? without removing the two packages, I cannot go on to fix others issue.
