Unable remove domain

Hi, i try remove domain xalfefnasshojje.com.br of plesk, but not work, i removed domain of IIS 6, MailEnable and vhosts dir and not remove domain of plesk i receved folow msg to try remove of plesk:

Error: Unable to remove domains: Problems occured while removing domains

i need remove this domain to restore a backup of this domain, please help-me.

Can you provide more specific error message?

Check windows Event log for errors.

Actually, it is not a good idea to remove domain manually.
In this case it is better to fix original problem and then remove domain in usual way through Plesk panel.
For now, I would suggest you to reconfigure this domain in the following way:
> cd %plesk_bin%
> websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com

Then try to delete this domain through Plesk and post here the error message you are getting.
