Question Unable to access plesk via browser after fresh installation

I installed plesk via command line and it went through but now I can't open https://IP:8443 or https://IP:8447 , instead when trying 77.xx.xx.xxx (ip address) I see plesk default page
Any help ??

Make sure that these ports are not firewalled.
