Unable to accomplish tcp connections...

Hi all,

Since this morning, 2 of my Plesk's servers don't work as they usually work :

i'm able to ssh on it but, mails are staying in my Qmail queue and i'm unable to run commands like :

telnet mydnserver.company.com 53
up2date -u
ping...

noyhing seems to work (i get timeout...)

which command could i run to check taht all is ok ?

PS : running RHEL 3ES
