Unable to activate/deactivate domain

Attempting to deactivate domains on an 8.1.1 Windows Plesk and I am recieving the following error:

Unable to activate/deactivate domain: Execute usermng access off failed: Unable to off user (meet) scheduler: (-2147024882) Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.


We are currently migrating domains off of this server, so I would rather not do an incremental upgrade to fix the issue.
