Unable to allow domain administrator access

When adding a domain administrator access we are getting the following error after checking the "allow domain administrator access" check box and typing in a password and clicking save.

"Error: Unable to allow domain administrator's access to control panel on the domain yourdomain.com login name is already in use."

-------------------------------
Allow multiple sessions is checked
Prevent users from working with the control panel until interface screens are completely loaded is checked

The only permissions checked are:

* Domain administrator cannot allow or disallow shell access
* web statistic management
* hope page management

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Try to check with

/usr/local/psa/bin/client.sh --info client_name

that this name is really exists and create it with this utility.
