• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Plesk 8.2 install fully patched. We're less than 6 days into our 14 day trial license key and have a number of fatal errors;

When we attempt to create an SSL certifcate we get the following error;

Unable to create CSR: openssl failed: fwrite() failed: Empty error message from utility.
---------------------- Debug Info -------------------------------
0: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\htdocs\cert\cert_add.php:166

How can we fix this?

it looks that you have application that replaced libssl32.dll and ssleay32.dll in c:\windows\system32

Make sure that 2 files are identical to ones in %plesk_bin%

Tried copying the files from Plesk but error still exists...

Create support ticket, no idea till we can take a look at server.
