unable to create the protected directory user

recieve the following error when trying to create a protected directory user


unable to create the protected directory user: pdmng failed: Run - Time error: Execute vhostmng --add-protection-user --vhost-name=rdoc.org --driectory=Members --user-name=jcowdrick failed


Any ideas as to what is happenign here.
