• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Unable to delete accounts

Hi,

We can't seem to delete domains in Plesk.

We get this error:

Error: Unable to remove domains: Problems occured while removing domains: mn_antivirus_set() failed: Unable to change antivirus settings: Action update-settings failed: Not enough storage is available to complete this operation. (COM Error 8007000E) at execute console command --update-settings

Anyone know how to fix?

Disk space within the client, domain and server are fine... Not sure where its getting the no disk space error from? Where are the logs located?

The action log is available in the 'server' section at the bottom.

The psa error log is located in the event log viewer (login to RDP).

You might have better luck explicitly disabling functionality on the account before trying to remove it. Stuff like deleting email accounts and what-not. If you've made changes to the stuff Plesk manages outside of Plesk, you're in for issues.
