Resolved Unable to Delete MSSQL Database Users

BIZZHOST

New Pleskian
Hi
We had SQL server 2012 installed on our server which we had to remove from the server.
We deleted all the databases from the Plesk and uninstalled SQL2012 via RDP.
However some database users got left out undeleted from plesk and show as connected to "Any database" in plesk
Now, when we try to delete these database users the server gives error "Unable to remove some of the selected database users. Try to establish connection failed"
Any suggestions on how to delete these orphan database users from plesk?

Plesk ONYX 17.0.x
Win2008 R2 server

Thanks

I suppose it can be done with Plesk database corrections, but I would suggest you ask Plesk Support Team assistance with this delicate matter.

Fixed database inconsistency caused by uninstalling MSSQL server with the following steps:

Created a backup of psa database:
"%plesk_dir%"\\Mysql\\bin\\mysqldump.exe -uadmin -p -P8306 psa > 2.21.2017-3.02PM-psa-dump-1.sql

Entered the psa database via command prompt window and removed orphaned records from it:

plesk db
mysql> delete from db_users where db_server_id=2;
mysql> delete from databaseservers where id = 2;

Now nonexistent database is no more shown in Plesk.
