With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Hello, i have this problem

I did a research, it is written that it originates from cloudlinux. When I asked Cloudlinux, they said it's not from us. I asked different experts, they looked and we couldn't solve the problem.

Unable to display the file /var/www/vhosts/SİTEE.COMM/public_html/wp-mail.php: Unable to read the file due to insufficient permissions.

Hello.

Currently, we can't detect any issues with CloudLinux, so the issue might be related to the integration, which is performed by Plesk.
Could you please investigate the issue with the Plesk team for more details?

During the investigation, the Plesk team will check the possible issues between the control panel and the operating system.
Then they can provide us the detailed logs and traces if the issue is related to our software conflict with a control panel and we'll be able to check them further.
