Unable to install Horde on Plesk 12

Hello,

I'm trying to install Horde on my Plesk 12 but till now all tentative fails.
Here's some output logs: (check the attach)

# plesk installer --select-release-current --install-component horde

I already tried /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair without luck

On /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.0.18_installation.log I can see this message:

***** problem report *****
ERROR while trying to act on PEAR packages - description directory is not specified or does not exist
Check the error reason(see log file: /var/log/plesk/install/plesk_12.0.18_installation.log), fix and try again
tac: write error: Broken pipe
STOP Bootstrapper 12.0.18 post-install for horde AT Wed Sep 17 05:45:29 EDT 2014
To complete product installation one should run bootstrapper script:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

but as previously said, the bootstrapper.sh does not repair Horde.

Could someone please help me with that issue?
I already tried the guide on KB without luck.

thanks for the quick reply.
Unfortunately does not help too much:

# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` horde < upgrade_horde_db_11-5.txt
ERROR 1051 (42S02) at line 6: Unknown table 'horde_histories_seq'

Seems like the database of horde does not exist anymore.
